JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Customer Service Agent to manage incoming emails for our women’s fashion dropshipping store. You’ll be using pre-approved templates and following our training for tone and structure — but we expect you to already have real experience in customer support.

We want you to have the ability to get hired and tell us what to do! That's the experience we need.

Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email only
- Use our pre-written templates and follow-up flows
- Track order issues, refunds, replacements, and sizing questions
- Communicate clearly and politely (we’ll train you on the tone)
- Tag and report recurring customer issues to the team

Requirements:
- You’ve worked in email-based customer service in fashion dropshipping before
- You can follow templates precisely and communicate clearly
- You’re reliable, on time, and professional
- You’re available full-time (40 hrs/week)
- You’re looking for long-term work, not quick cash
- Experience with FreshDesk

Important:
