We’re hiring a Customer Service Agent to manage incoming
We want you to have the ability to get hired and tell us what to do! That's the experience we need.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via
- Use our pre-written templates and follow-up flows
- Track order issues, refunds, replacements, and sizing questions
- Communicate clearly and politely (we’ll train you on the tone)
- Tag and report recurring customer issues to the team
Requirements:
- You’ve worked in
- You can follow templates precisely and communicate clearly
- You’re reliable, on time, and professional
- You’re available full-time (40 hrs/week)
- You’re looking for long-term work, not quick cash
- Experience with FreshDesk
