Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Graphic Design + Admin + Video Editing)

Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM MST (U.S. Mountain Standard Time)
Pay: $6/hour (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)
Location: Work from home

About Us

We’re a fast-growing holistic health company based in the United States, helping thousands of people experience true health, naturally. We specialize in natural healthcare, nutrition, and online health education — and we’re launching a new online app and virtual practice that will reach people all over the world.

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Virtual Assistant who is an expert in Canva, graphic design, and basic video editing — and who also loves helping behind the scenes with admin and marketing tasks.

This is a long-term role with room to grow for the right person.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics, social media posts, banners, and print materials using Canva.
Video Editing: Edit short videos and reels for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
Admin Tasks: Organize files, manage spreadsheets, handle simple data entry, and assist with internal projects.
Marketing Support: Help schedule posts, organize content calendars, and assist with campaigns and promotions.
Creative Projects: Work closely with our leadership team on branding, design ideas, and digital course materials.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Are proficient in Canva and have a strong eye for clean, modern design
- Have experience with basic video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
- Are detail-oriented, reliable, and excellent at meeting deadlines
- Love health, wellness, and personal growth
- Have a quiet workspace, fast internet connection, and can work during U.S. hours
- Want to be part of a mission-driven, long-term team
