We are a digital agency looking to hire a VA to do WHITE HAT SEO for our clients. You must have previous SEO experience, and knowledge of Wordpress, Yoast, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, MOZ and other related SEO resources. The job is full time.

The list below may seem long, but it is what you will be doing. We perform the following for each of our clients. Read the list ad let us know if and how you can do each listed item. One of the most important parts of the job is the ability to report your work, so we can show the client. Ability to perform both on and off page optimization is a must. Great link building skills, guest posting and posting press releases is also crucial.

1. Get SSL and setup for Site
2. Add keyword into title but make title sound natural
3. Add Call To Action button Above the fold
4. Remove double h1’s on home page (maybe change to h2 for easy fix)
5. Setup Schema organization markup on home page (we can provide tool but you must know about schema
6. Optimize OG Data (understand what OG Data is)
7. Image compression (variety of method either online or via plugins)
8. Migrate to WPEngine
9. make blog post images smaller and move them to the left of site of the blog post
10. Setup Optin Popup on home page
11. Setup Google Analtyics
12. Setup conversion Tracking
13. Setup phone call tracking
14.Shorten titles that are too long (Use Screaming Frog for this)
15. Make titles that are too short longer (Use screaming Frog for this)
16. Fill in missing meta descriptions (use screaming frog to locate, copy and paste part of page for meta
description, optimize the description with various keywords)
17. Interlink Site, use main keyword you're linking page is aiming for as the text link.
18. Edit posts to only 1 category per post (always only 1 category per post)
19. Noindex tags and get delete them (yoast)
20. Noindex author pages (yoast)
21. Locate and Fix 404’s (screaming frog)
22. setup 301 redirects
23. Put meta descriptions on category page
24. Fix the h1 and h2’s showing login and forgot password on every page
25. I would add text previews to important pages (with basic on page for title tags)
26. Integrate specified list of keywords within the page's content (wordsmith) for on-site optimization
27. rank tracking
28. Setup Social media profiles
29. Add Product schema to product pages
30. add local business schema to home page
31. add review schema to reviews page
32. Use Moz toolbar
