The Role
We are hiring a Project Manager – Luxury Travel who will manage travel projects from planning to completion. This is not a call center or ticketing role. It requires project leadership, coordination, and professional client handling.

Responsibilities
· Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of client journeys as structured projects
· Oversee proposal assembly and journey documentation with high attention to detail
· Own timelines, project plans, and deliverables
· Own client and international supplier communication and maintain strong, timely, professional correspondence
· Coordinate logistics, hotels, and experiences across destinations
· Monitor journey progress and proactively prevent issues before they arise
· Ensure financial accuracy by tracking budgets, supplier costs, and margins Work with tools like Airtable and Asana
· Maintain high execution standards

· Strong project management and coordination skills
· Comfort managing multiple moving parts with precision

Qualifications
At least 8 years of professional experience in project management, operations, client services, hospitality management, or related fields
Proven experience delivering work in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to work remotely with global teams
Experience in luxury travel or premium services is a plus but not required

Compensation
USD 850 – 1,600 per month
