Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Assistant (Remote – Part-Time)

We’re Affinity Business Creations, a growing marketing systems company helping small businesses simplify their marketing and scale smarter.
We’re looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to help us fill our calendar with qualified discovery calls.
You’ll be the first connection point between our brand and potential clients, engaging leads through LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, and email outreach using our templates and CRM tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Daily outreach (LinkedIn + email) using our provided scripts and targeting list.
Book qualified discovery calls.
Respond to DMs or ManyChat leads with warm, professional messaging.
Maintain accurate records of all contacts, responses, and appointments in Notion CRM.
Provide a short end-of-day summary report (leads messaged, responses, calls booked).

Qualifications
? Excellent written English and friendly communication style.
? Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or virtual sales support.
? Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Gmail outreach tools.
? Comfortable learning Notion
? Reliable internet and willingness to work part-time (approx. 3-4 hrs/day).

Compensation & Hours
???? Rate: USD $3.50–$5.00/hour (based on experience)
? Schedule: 15–20 hours per week, flexible (you set your working window).
???? Target: 25–30 outreach messages/day with consistent booked calls each week.
