Sales Rep Needed

About Us:
IronCrest Marketing is a results-driven digital marketing agency that helps small and medium-sized businesses grow through social media management, branding, SEO, and lead generation. We’re expanding our reach and looking for a motivated, confident, and persuasive Sales Representative to join our team and help us connect with new clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce IronCrest Marketing services.

- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with prospective clients.

- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with business owners and decision-makers.

- Work closely with the management team to develop tailored pitches for client needs.

- Maintain accurate records of all communications and leads in our CRM system.


What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

- Confident and friendly personality — able to build rapport quickly.

- Prior sales or cold outreach experience (marketing or B2B experience preferred).

- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

- Self-motivated and driven by results.

- Basic understanding of marketing services (social media, SEO, ads, etc.) is a plus.
