Long Form AI Youtube Video Editor

I am looking for a professional to create one AI YouTube video about history and war (experience would help)

In this video I need subtitles, and have AI Images moving quickly, and having effects.

The length of the video should be between 15-25 minutes long and will pay however long the editing takes.

Consistent weekly work. Possibility in the future for part time, and full time positions

I will provide the script and voice over. (You will not have to do any research regarding the video topic for the video, you will have to find clips/photos/background music/etc to create the video)
