Zoho CRM Data Entry Specialist (Immediate Start | 5-Hour Project)

Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented freelancer with proven Zoho CRM experience to assist with a structured data cleanup and reupload project. You will follow a detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to audit, clean, and reupload form entries into Zoho CRM.

This is a 5-hour project that requires someone who can start immediately.
Do not apply if you have never used Zoho CRM.

Scope of Work:

You will follow our Zoho Forms to CRM Reupload Process SOP 1.0, which includes:

Reviewing and verifying tag consistency between Leads and Contacts modules

Checking and updating CRM integrations for multiple Zoho Forms

Exporting and cleaning CSV files (splitting first/last names, removing duplicates)

Importing cleaned data into Zoho CRM

Tagging and assigning records per company rules

Logging progress in the Audit Tracker and cleanup sheets

You’ll Be Provided With:

Access to all relevant Zoho Sheets and Writer documents

Step-by-step SOP instructions

Secure access through our company VPN (required)

Requirements:

Hands-on Zoho CRM experience required (do not apply without it)

Experience with Zoho Forms and Zoho Sheet preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes

Comfort working with spreadsheets (Zoho Sheet or Excel)

Must start immediately and complete the project within 5 hours

Must use the company VPN to access systems
