& CRM Manager (HubSpot + Lend Lease Integration)

Role Summary

Be the first to touch every inbound enquiry!
Your job is to keep our CRM clean and moving — from “New Lead” to “Delivered.”

Tasks
• Monitor Facebook, Instagram, and website forms.
• Add new leads into HubSpot with correct tags.
• Send automated finance-application link (Lend Lease).
• Follow up via WhatsApp/SMS if docs are missing.
• Update each lead stage daily for management dashboard.

Requirements
• HubSpot or similar CRM experience.
• Excellent written English and quick communication.
• Confident with automation tools (Zapier, ClickSend, WhatsApp API).
• Strong attention to detail.
