Voicebot Developer (GHL & Assistable.ai Integration)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Voicebot Developer to design, build, and deploy an AI-powered voice assistant that integrates GoHighLevel (GHL) with Assistable.ai and our Dental Management Software API.

The voicebot will operate across multiple dental practices, handling inbound and outbound calls to book, confirm, and manage patient appointments seamlessly within the dental software ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop a voice automation workflow within GHL and Assistable.ai, capable of natural, human-like patient interactions.

Integrate the voicebot with our Dental Management Software API to perform real-time appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and patient data lookups.

Configure multi-location routing so that the voicebot operates correctly across multiple clinics with different diaries and providers.

Develop conversation flows and intents for common scenarios (new patient bookings, cancellations, recalls, missed calls, etc.).

Work with internal stakeholders to ensure GDPR-compliant handling of patient data and call recordings.

Implement logging and reporting dashboards for call outcomes, conversion rates, and booking success metrics.

Test, troubleshoot, and optimize the system for reliability, call quality, and response accuracy.

Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams for long-term maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience developing AI-driven voicebots or conversational IVRs (ideally with Assistable.ai, Twilio Voice, or similar platforms).

Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) automations, triggers, and API connections.

Experience integrating with third-party APIs, preferably healthcare or appointment management systems.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR) and secure data handling practices.

Experience with AI prompt design and voice conversation flows.

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Clear written communication and documentation abilities.
