Job Description
We are a fast-growing company seeking a skilled and reliable Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team long-term. If you are creative, organized, and passionate about content that drives engagement and leads—this is for you!

This role requires hands-on experience in video editing, social media content creation, and email campaigns (Mailchimp preferred). You must be able to write and speak fluent English and communicate professionally.
Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Edit videos for Reels/Shorts/Ads using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
Design branded graphics
Write captions, emails, and short copy with strong hooks and CTAs
Manage content calendar and scheduling tools
Respond to DMs and engage with potential clients
Set up Mailchimp email automations and newsletters
Create simple PDF guides and digital assets
Track analytics and deliver performance reports
Run and manage Facebook Ad campaigns is a plus but not required.

Qualifications
? 1+ year experience in social media management
? Video editing experience required
? Strong English writing and communication skills
? Experience with Canva + Mailchimp
? Knowledge of social growth strategies
? Experience building engagement and leads
? Organized, consistent, and meets deadlines
? Able to work independently with minimal supervision
?Strong WIFI
?Strong VPN

Nice to Have:
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or Kajabi
SEO & hashtag strategy knowledge

Tools You Should Know:
Canva Pro
CapCut or Adobe Premiere
Mailchimp
Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager not requited but a plus
Google Sheets / Google Drive
Instagram Reels + TikTok trends
