Full-Time YouTube Channel Manager – Creative, Loyal, Growth-Minded ($1200/mo)

I am looking for a dedicated, full-time Channel Manager to join my growing YouTube operation. This is not a freelance gig. This is a full time job for someone who wants to grow with me long-term as I scale multiple channels.

You will work directly with me daily (this role requires frequent communication and collaboration). You’ll help build and manage 3+ active YouTube channels, and more as we grow.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Crafting and polishing high-quality video scripts (with access to AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude)

Generating voiceovers with ElevenLabs

Helping write and format long eBooks and audiobooks

Providing creative direction and collaborating on video ideas

Ensuring quality, consistency, and creative alignment across projects

Compensation:

$1200/month (full-time)

Tools provided: Access to ChatGPT, Claude, and ElevenLabs Pro

IMPORTANT

This is a full-time, exclusive role – you can have no other jobs.

You must be available to communicate daily and meet deadlines consistently.
