About Us
We’re a growing real estate photography business. We are passionate about delivering high-quality visuals and thoughtful products to our clients. We believe in working hard, having fun, and supporting each other every step of the way. Now, we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who shares these values and is ready to help us streamline and grow our operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Client Outreach: Use our Instagram/Facebook messaging strategy to send outbound messages and connect with potential new clients across both of our businesses.
* Media Content: Working to create and schedule social media posts, organizing content, and maintaining a consistent online presence.
* Shoot Prep: Assist with preparing agent files before photo/video shoots. Organizing media after shoots to ensure a smooth workflow and timely client delivery.
* General Admin Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks to help keep everything running smoothly (additional responsibilities may evolve over time based on your strengths and our needs).

What We’re Looking For
* Central Time Availability (8 a.m. – 4 p.m. CT): Most of our clients operate in this time zone, so we need someone available during these hours.
* Experience with Real Estate Media business and social outreach is a plus but not required.
* Some editing experience with Photoshop and Lightroom.
* Positive, Can-Do Attitude: We keep things friendly, upbeat, and team-oriented — you should too!
* Adaptability: Our days can be fast-paced and ever-changing. We need someone who’s comfortable working independently and adjusting to “team mode” when new tasks arise.
