Sales/Customer Service Associate

$500-$1000 (based on experience and test results) + commissions

About Us: We are a company based in the United Arab Emirates, with many international Clientele. You will be working remotely with our head office in the UAE and our Clients around the world, depending on which division we hire you for.

Job Description:
1) Work from home-remote work
2) Full time work-you cannot hold another job during our working hours. This is a professional position which requires dedication. You will be in communication during working hours with our office, our partners and the customers.
3) Payment is $500- $1,000 USD per month based on experience and test results. There are commissions as well based on sales.
4) Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that lead to successful sales, using effective communication and persuasion skills to guide hesitant customers toward making confident decisions.
5) Engage with potential customers through online platforms and phone calls, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries, product information, and driving sales conversions while working remotely using your computer and phone.
6) You will need to answer inquiries and close sales through email, messaging platforms (ex. WhatsApp), as well as phone and video calls.
7) After you pass the initial training period, you will be given a 1-year, renewable contract. We hope to work with you for many years to come. We are looking for someone who wants long term stability.

Skills Needed:
1) Non-native accents are acceptable as long as English is clear and proficient.
2) At least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
3) Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication with minimal errors, critical thinking, ambition, independence, and problem-solving.
4) University education preferred.
5) Excellent use of computers and basic software like MS word, Google sheets etc.
