E-commerce VA

I'm looking for an experienced e-commerce VA. $4 p/h - I'm able to offer between 6-8 hours per day, normally around 100 hours per month, depending on your skills and capabilities.

Experience required:
- Shopify
- TikTok Shop
- Instagram
- Fluent English Skills
- Klaviyo

Duties:
- Setting promotions up on TikTok shop
- Managing refunds & reimbursements
- Basic customer service
- Sending thank you messages
- Product listing creation on shopify
- Generating labels
- Monitoring returns
- Creating custom orders
- Affiliates
- Registering for TikTok shop campaigns

Additional duties (if you have the capabilities):
- Planning IG Grid
- Designing emails

If you don't have experience in all of these things, don't worry - I'm happy to train the right person. But I need someone with a degree or relevant job experience.
