Virtual Assistant/Podcast Editor $400/USD or 23K Peso/month

We are a commercial real estate team in Tennessee, USA that is looking to start a podcast in January. The goal will be to bring on guests that share our same Christian values to discuss business and how their faith intersect. We need someone with experience managing/scheduling Podcast guests, editing podcast and uploading them/managing them on all the major sites. Ideally this person would have experience as a virtual assistant for many years, some graphic design/editing (for social media posts) and could assist with alternative tasks. We are thinking this would be one podcast per week, with the goal of having 52 guests next year. Ideally this would be 45 min podcasts, we don't believe this is a full time job, but if it turns into one, we are not opposed.

You must have a reliable internet connection, available at least some overlap with US (Central Time Zone) during our workday, and some years of experience as a virtual assistant/marketing/podcast.
