We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Policy Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our organizational policies align with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy analysis, compliance, and documentation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive reviews of CARF standards and interpret their implications for our organization.

Analyze and cross-reference existing company policies against CARF requirements to identify gaps, overlaps, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and update policy documentation as needed.

Create a comprehensive Adobe PDF file that maps each CARF standard to the corresponding internal policy, ensuring clarity and traceability.

Recommend policy revisions or new policy development to ensure full compliance with CARF standards.

Maintain organized records of all policy documents and crosswalks for audit and accreditation purposes.

Stay current with updates to CARF standards and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
