Are you tired of editing videos without knowing what they’re for? Want to work with a team that actually cares about performance, creativity, and building cool brands? Then keep reading.

We’re an international e-commerce company creating direct-response ads that run on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. We’re looking for a Video Ad Editor who not only knows how to cut clips, but also understands why a video performs — or flops.

? What You’ll Do:
-Edit high-converting short-form ads using raw UGC, voiceovers, testimonials, and B-roll
-Add captions, transitions, sound design, motion graphics, and branding
-Test different hooks, versions, and cuts to improve performance
- Work closely with our creative team to analyze and iterate on winning ads

Stay up to date with viral ad styles, ---------- trends, and DTC content

? You’re a Great Fit If:
-You’ve edited ads, not just vlogs or event videos
-You understand hooks, CTAs, pacing, emotional drivers, and why people actually buy
-You can turn messy clips into engaging, scroll-stopping stories
-You know how to replicate styles you see online

You love feedback and iteration (not perfectionism)

You use Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve

Bonus: You’ve worked with e-commerce brands, agencies, or influencers
