We are a growing e-commerce business specialising in automotive and 4WD accessories, looking for a motivated Product Sourcing & Logistics Specialist to join our remote team.

You will play a key role in sourcing quality automotive products from China, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating dropshipping and 3PL logistics. If you’re passionate about cars, e-commerce, and finding great products — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers for automotive and 4WD products (China-based preferred).

Handle product cost analysis, sample requests, and quality verification.

Coordinate freight, cargo, and shipping logistics (air and sea).

Upload and manage products on Shopify, ensuring accurate details, pricing, and images.

Research and recommend new, high-demand products for the store.

Communicate daily with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

Help grow our product range by identifying reliable, high-quality suppliers.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in product sourcing (automotive industry a plus).

Experience with dropshipping or 3PL fulfilment operations.

Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics.

Strong Shopify experience (product setup, inventory, and supplier sync).

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Also to Have:

Experience sourcing from Alibaba, CJ Dropshipping, or 1688.

Familiarity with automotive parts, accessories, or 4WD equipment.

Understanding of profit margins, product validation, and international pricing.

Basic SEO or product marketing experience is a plus.
