Marketing Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team remotely, managing social media presence for two companies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing social media channels and building engaged audiences.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media profiles for two companies on Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, and Reddit.

Create engaging, high-quality posts tailored to each platform's audience.

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules.

Strategize and execute campaigns to grow followers and increase engagement across all channels.

Monitor analytics to track performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.

Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to ensure best practices.

Find & connect with competitor companies we can possibly acquire


Requirements

Proven experience in growing social media channels and increasing follower engagement.

Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, and Reddit, including their unique audiences and best practices.

Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, or familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to create and manage content calendars for multiple brands.

Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and optimize performance.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising.
