Subject: Assistance Needed – QuickBooks Online Integration for Healthcare Staffing Agency


I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out to find an experienced QuickBooks Online professional who can help streamline and integrate our financial tracking and reporting processes for a healthcare staffing agency.
At this time, we are not invoicing clients directly through QuickBooks since all billing is processed through VMS platforms and involves reverse invoicing. We also work with a factoring company (Paychex) that manages our receivables. Because of this structure, our billing and payments occur outside QuickBooks, but we now want to ensure all data is properly synced for accurate accounting and reporting.
We’re seeking someone who can assist with:
Setting up an efficient workflow to import or sync data from our factoring company into QuickBooks.
Recording expenses and recruiter payments accurately.
Reconciling aging reports and client payments from the factoring company.
Ensuring all financial activity flows correctly into P&L, cash flow, and margin reports.
We prefer someone with prior experience working with staffing agencies or businesses using VMS and factoring systems, and who understands the process of reverse invoicing.
