You will assist our billing department with insurance verification, billing coordination, and patient communication. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a clinical or billing role, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills.

You will be working directly in eClinicalWorks (ECW) and must be comfortable handling sensitive patient data under HIPAA compliance.

???? Key Responsibilities

Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments.

Support billing operations including claims submission, posting payments, and reconciling accounts.

Respond professionally to patient billing inquiries via phone, email, and patient portal.

Maintain accurate patient records in eClinicalWorks (ECW).

Coordinate closely with our billing team to resolve any discrepancies.

Perform administrative and data-entry tasks as needed.

Protect patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.

? Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or clinical administrative role.

? Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) — required.

? Strong knowledge of U.S. medical billing and insurance verification.

? Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

? Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized.

? Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace suitable for calls.

? Able to work U.S. daytime hours (Texas Time Zone).

? Preferred Skills

Experience in primary care or multi-specialty clinics.

Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes and insurance processes.

Previous work with U.S. healthcare providers or billing companies.
