Role Overview:
We’re looking for an HR Agent who is passionate about finding and bringing in top, innovative talent and unique skills to grow our team. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding people who have expertise in areas like AI, WordPress, CRM, social services, and more.

What You’ll Do:

Identify, attract, and recruit talented professionals who are creative, mission-driven, and ready to make an impact
Develop job postings that appeal to skilled candidates in AI, tech, and social support roles
Use online platforms (like onlinejobs.ph) and creative networking to reach diverse talent pools
Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
Work closely with leadership to understand skill gaps and build a team that supports NMPP’s goals
Help create an inclusive, positive hiring experience and culture
Maintain recruitment data and support onboarding for new hires
What We’re Looking For:

Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition, especially in remote or digital roles
Skilled at using digital job platforms, social media, and networking for talent searches
Understanding of (or interest in) roles related to AI, WordPress, CRM, and social support
Creative thinker who embraces new ways to find and assess talent
Friendly communicator and organized team player
Passion for social good and the NMPP mission
