Part-Time Social Media & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant to help one of our clients strengthen their social media presence and generate qualified leads. If you’re someone who enjoys crafting engaging content and driving results through strategic outreach, this role is for you!

???? Role: Part-Time Virtual Assistant
???? Main Focus: Social Media Management, Content Creation, Lead Generation
???? Work Setup: Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the client’s social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)

Plan and create engaging, on-brand content that connects with target audiences

Leverage platform algorithms to improve visibility and engagement

Conduct outreach on social media and through email to build partnerships and attract new leads

Research and generate qualified leads for campaigns

Assist with email marketing for lead generation (nice to have)

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation

Strong understanding of trends, engagement strategies, and analytics

Excellent written English communication skills

Experience with lead generation and outreach strategies

Bonus: Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo

Optional but preferred: A short video introduction for client review
