**THE ROLE**
Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, US Pacific Time (9 AM–6 PM PT)
Pay: $5/hour (? $800/month)
Start Date: Immediate (fast-track hiring)
Tea ---------- eting: Tuesdays at 6:30 PM PST (required)
Client Load: 3–5 accounts

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Core Social Media Management

* Create strategic, on-brand content following provided guidelines and strategy
* Design scroll-stopping graphics using Canva (advanced level required)
* Schedule and post content using Rella and other social media management tools
* Perform targeted outbound engagement and manage comments and DMs as assigned
* Research and source trending content ideas relevant to each client
* Use AI tools at an advanced level to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency
* Bring fresh, creative ideas while following the brand strategy provided

Strategy & Team Collaboration

* Execute monthly content calendars and strategic content plans
* Collaborate through ClickUp, Slack, and GHL (GoHighLevel)
* Support client conversations in Slack channels when needed
* Contribute creative ideas during campaigns, launches, or new initiatives

Organization & Growth

* Maintain strong organization across platforms and client channels
* Stay current with social media algorithm updates and best practices
* Take on additional creative projects when not fully booked with client work

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

* Proven social media management experience (portfolio required)
* Strong proficiency with Canva (advanced level)
* Proven experience using AI tools at an advanced level (content, research, captions, ideation)
* Ability to create and execute effective content strategies
* Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
* Familiar with ClickUp, Slack, and social media scheduling tools (Rella and GHL experience preferred but not required)
* Highly organized and dependable with strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal English
* Must work Pacific Time (9 AM–6 PM PT)
* Reliable high-speed internet, professional workspace, and backup connection
