? We’re Hiring: Part-Time Social Media & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant ?

We are looking for a creative and resourceful Virtual Assistant to support one of our clients in growing their online presence and generating quality leads.

???? Role: Part-Time Virtual Assistant
???? Focus Areas: Social Media Management, Content Creation, Lead Generation
???? Work Setup: Remote

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
Create engaging content that aligns with brand goals and audience interests
Understand platform algorithms to optimize content reach and engagement
Conduct outreach on social media and via email for brand growth and partnerships
Generate leads through online research and targeted campaigns
Assist with basic email marketing for lead generation (nice to have)

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation
Knowledge of social media trends, engagement strategies, and analytics
Strong written English communication skills
Experience in lead generation and outreach
Good to have: email marketing skills (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
Optional but nice: a short video introduction for the client’s reference
