Hello!
We’re looking for a talented Figma Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. This will begin as a fully paid trial project to showcase your skills, creativity, and communication style.

Step 1: The Trial Project

You’ll be creating a professional Figma landing page design for an air-conditioning company, based on this reference.
The design will be used as the final file for our developer to build, so we’re looking for someone who can combine clean layout, visual appeal, and developer-ready structure.

???? Step 2: Review & Fit

Once the trial is complete, we’ll review the design and provide feedback.
If everything goes well, you’ll be offered a part-time, ongoing position designing landing pages and full sites for our clients across Australia.

???? What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in Figma (layout, components, responsiveness)

Excellent communication and ability to take feedback

Understanding of developer handover requirements

Creative eye for layout, spacing, and brand flow
