Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and reliable Virtual Assistant with strong digital marketing and content creation skills. You’ll help us develop and manage engaging content across platforms, support campaigns, and contribute to building a consistent brand presence online.

Responsibilities

Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
Write and edit short-form content (captions, blog posts, product descriptions)
Research trends in J-Beauty, K-Beauty, and personal care
Assist with email marketing setup and basic copywriting
Repurpose content across channels for maximum reach
Support influencer outreach and collaborations

Requirements
Proven experience in social media management or content creation
Strong writing and visual communication skills
Familiarity with Japanese/Korean beauty or wellness trends (a big plus)
Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Good knowledge of English both written and spoken

Nice to Have
Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
Knowledge of SEO and keyword research
Video editing skills for Reels/TikToks

Actual working schedule is negotiable - but we are looking for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
