The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Sales Specialist. You will be the frontline of our business, using social media to generate leads, build relationships, and drive sales. Your primary mission is to find, engage, and convert potential clients into loyal customers of our CAILAB filaments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our brand presence on key social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Proactively hunt for new customers by identifying and engaging with potential clients (print farms, hobbyists, businesses) within these platforms.
Nurture leads through direct messaging and comments, building genuine relationships.
Close deals by moving conversations from social platforms to chat apps like WhatsApp to finalize transactions.
Utilize pre-provided company assets (product images, videos, key selling points) to create compelling, personalized outreach messages.

Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills – your ability to craft engaging messages is key.
A social native and heavy user: You live and breathe social media. You are highly familiar with the nuances of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and understand how to use them for business and sales.

Your Core Mission

Your primary goal is to proactively develop overseas clients using a company-provided personal Facebook account to promote our high-quality 3D printing filaments.

Your key responsibilities are:

Account Management & Content Posting: Maintain and grow your personal FB profile as a knowledgeable 3D printing enthusiast. Use our provided package of images, videos, and content to post in relevant FB groups.
Proactive Outreach & Sales: Leverage our curated list of FB groups to find and engage with target customers, including hobbyists, studios, and DIY product wholesalers. Build relationships via comments and direct messages, and close deals through WhatsApp.

You will update your daily activity metrics (e.g., new contacts added, conversations started) in a shared Sheet.

Important Note on Exclusivity:
This is an exclusive full-time position. During the term of your engagement with CAILAB, you are required to refrain from providing services, whether directly or indirectly, to any other company or client that operates in the 3D printing or competing additive manufacturing industries.
