About the Channel
I run the Living In Metro Detroit YouTube channel — a real estate and lifestyle channel helping people explore what it’s like to live in different Metro Detroit cities.
The content includes city breakdowns, lifestyle vlogs, and home tours.

I’m looking for a creative, reliable video editor who can help me level up my content quality and consistency.

What You’ll Do
• Edit 2–3 YouTube videos per week (12–20 minutes each)
• Create 3 custom titles and thumbnail options per video for YouTube
• Create short-form clips (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) from the long-form video
• Add background music, motion text, and light sound design
• Use B-roll effectively (footage provided)
• Understand YouTube analytics basics (CTR, retention, click-through rate) to help improve content performance
• Maintain consistent branding, pacing, and storytelling
• Communicate and meet during U.S. Eastern Time (6 PM–10 PM EST)

Requirements
? Strong skills in Premiere Pro (Final Cut Pro experience is also welcome)
? Adobe After Effects knowledge is a big plus
? Reliable internet connection and ability to handle 4K footage (footage provided via Google Drive)
? Fast turnaround and good communication skills
? Basic understanding of YouTube SEO and performance metrics
? Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Bonus Skills
• Thumbnail design (Photoshop or Canva)
• Experience editing for real estate or lifestyle creators
• Ability to repurpose content for multiple platforms
