We create online courses that teach essential tech and digital skills like QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. We’re growing quickly and need an experienced Online Course Operations Manager / Funnel Integrator to help us streamline and scale our course business.

???? Responsibilities

Manage course launches, challenges, and evergreen funnels

Oversee GoHighLevel (GHL) automations, tagging, and campaigns

Align messaging and branding across ads, emails, and landing pages

Collaborate with ads and content team for cohesive campaigns

Oversee and Track KPIs, create performance reports, and recommend improvements

Assess current systems and implement more efficient processes

???? Requirements

2+ years experience managing online course or funnel operations

Proven success in course launches or evergreen funnels (6–7 figure preferred)

Strong knowledge of: GHL, LearnWorlds, WebinarJam/EverWebinar (current team has this experience as well)

Excellent English and communication and active listening skills

Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused

Bonus Skills:

WordPress/SEO experience


Facebook/Instagram ads understanding

Messaging/copywriting awareness
