Wordpress/Divi/LMS & SEO Specialist

Website & Digital Experience Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)
Pay: $4/hour | Hours: 40 hours per week

We are a martial arts school based in the USA (California) dedicated to empowering our students through discipline, growth, and excellence — both on and off the mats. We’re looking for a Website & Digital Experience Specialist to join our team and help elevate our online presence and student experience. No martial arts knowledge is required. You must love to work and go above and beyond, be detail-oriented, and be organized.

Your Role:
You will be responsible for improving our website performance, increasing traffic, maintaining site functionality, and developing programs that enhance the experience of our current students while streamlining our internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
-Improve and maintain our current website (WordPress + Divi)
-Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility
-Design and enhance web pages with modern, clean layouts
-Optimize site speed, responsiveness, and user experience
-Manage and update plugins, including Tutor LMS and MemberPress
-Build custom solutions to improve student engagement and operational efficiency
-Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot website issues

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience with web design and WordPress site management
-Strong understanding of SEO best practices
-Familiarity with learning management systems (Tutor LMS preferred)
-Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
-Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively

Position Details:
-This position is full-time (40h/week)
-Must be ready to work 9am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday, but may be asked to work weekends occasionally
-Hourly rate is $3.5-$4/hour for the first 3 months (onboarding) based on skills, after we are open to increasing wage
