JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client needs and ensure our solutions align with their goals
Proactively manage account health, including follow-ups, renewals, and upsells
Handle client inquiries or concerns with professionalism and speed
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Track account metrics, client feedback, and growth opportunities
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English (C1-C2 level or native)
Proven experience in account management, customer success, or client relations
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically
Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM platforms, email tools, and reporting dashboards
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with international or English-speaking clients
Familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Experience in SaaS, digital marketing
