I’m looking for a video editor experienced in e-commerce and UGC-style ads who knows how to make content that converts. You should understand pacing, storytelling, and what makes someone stop scrolling and buy.
You’ll be editing TikTok, Reels, and Meta ads — short, punchy videos (10–30 seconds) that look organic but are optimized for conversions. You’ll take raw UGC clips and turn them into engaging mashups with strong hooks, captions, and call-to-actions.
Responsibilities:
– Edit and deliver at least 30 videos per week
– Create ad variations using existing clips and assets
– Add captions, SFX, transitions, and motion text that match trends
– Organize projects for easy review and quick feedback cycles
– Work with minimal direction and think creatively
Requirements:
– Experience editing ads for e-commerce or DTC brands
– Proven examples of high-performing UGC-style content
– Fast turnaround, attention to detail, and strong understanding of social trends
– Proficient with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut
