Medical Credentialing Specialist - Mental Health Providers

About Us:
At Arrow, we are a growing Full-cycle RCM organization supporting mental health providers across the U.S. Our team handles provider enrollment, credentialing, and contracting with major commercial and government payers. We’re seeking an experienced Medical Credentialing Specialist to join our team and manage credentialing workflows end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
* Complete credentialing and recredentialing applications for mental health providers (LCSW, LMHC, PsyD, MD, NP, etc.) with insurance panels (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.).
* Maintain CAQH profiles, NPPES, and state license verifications.
* Track application status, follow up with payers, and resolve any delays or denials.
* Update and maintain credentialing records and logs with accuracy.
* Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure credentialing timelines are met.
* Manage payer portal registrations and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in insurance credentialing, preferably in mental health or behavioral health settings.
* Strong understanding of payer enrollment processes and CAQH.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Experience with EHR or credentialing software is a plus (e.g., Availity, PECOS, OneHealthPort).
* Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines independently.
