We are seeking a full-time Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to handle the bookkeeping and financial management for several of our companies. The ideal candidate is a motivated and organized professional who can work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks (Desktop version is preferred).
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including timely invoicing and payments.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations (local, state, and federal).
Assist with budget planning and financial forecasting in collaboration with internal teams.
Coordinate with external tax professionals for audits and filings.
Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail) for documentation and communication.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with hours from 6/7 a.m. to 2/3 p.m. PST (Los Angeles hours).

Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate environment.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
Familiarity with Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
