Role Overview
We’re looking for a Meta Media Coordinator who thrives in fast moving environments and loves the craft of performance marketing. This role is focused on campaign execution, analysis, and learning, turning data into decisions that drive growth.
You’ll work closely with senior buyers and strategists to manage Meta ad accounts, analyze creative performance, and ensure pacing and optimization align with client goals. Ideal candidates are curious, detail oriented, and eager to grow into a full buyer role.






Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of Meta campaigns across ASC and legacy manual structures (setup, QA, launch, pacing, optimization).
- Pull and analyze daily campaign data to identify trends in CPA/CAC, ROAS, CTR, and frequency/reach.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing sheets, and reporting cadences to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Partner with creative and strategy teams to test concepts, identify winners, and inform new iterations.
- Build and maintain organized account structures, naming conventions, and creative trackers.
- Stay current on Meta platform changes, policy updates, and automation tools that impact performance.
- Own delivery on internal requests, ensuring clear communication, follow through, and documentation.





What You’ll Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements)
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proficient English communication (written and verbal).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and drawing actionable insights.
- Exposure to DTC e-commerce or subscription models preferred.
- Attention to detail and consistency in campaign QA, file management, and reporting.





Bonus Points (Nice to Haves)
- Experience working in performance marketing agencies or managing multiple clients.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid media channels.
- Strong knowledge of attribution tools (GA4, Shopify, Triple Whale, or similar).
- Interest or experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, n8n, or others) to automate workflows or analysis.
- Understanding of creative strategy, what makes thumb stopping ads perform.
