We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about helping people and providing excellent support to our clients. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone,
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Develop a solid understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex concerns when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Contribute feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and service processes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment (customer service preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work full-time (Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM PST — 8-hour rotating shifts).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

- Hardware:
Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) processor, 2.10 GHz or higher
Minimum 8GB RAM
- Reliable internet connection (please include upload/download speeds)
- USB-connected, noise-cancelling headset
- Monitor with at least 1024×768 resolution
- Mouse or trackpad (mouse recommended)
