Video Editing & Social Media Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Business

ABOUT US:

We are a growing real estate business focused on producing high-quality video content to promote our listings, brand, and expertise. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented and creative Video Editing & Social Media VA to join us long-term.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Video Editing (Primary Task):

* Edit 8–10 long-form videos (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and 40–50 short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, X, and LinkedIn) per month.

* Take raw footage and produce fully polished videos with captions, transitions, music, graphics, and brand consistency.

* Create engaging hooks and optimize pacing for social media platforms.

* Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips.

* Design and deliver optimized, eye-catching thumbnails for each video to maximize click-through rates and overall engagement.

SOCIAL MEDIA OPTIMIZATION:

* Write attention-grabbing captions, hashtags, and ad copy optimized for engagement and algorithm performance.

* Schedule and post videos across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

* Stay up-to-date with current trends in real estate and short-form video content.

* AI Tools & Workflow:

* Use AI tools (e.g., Descript, HeyJen, ChatGPT, Gemini, OpusClip, etc.) to streamline editing, captioning, and content generation.

* Organize content efficiently in Google Drive and project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp).

REQUIREMENTS:

* Proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio (required)

* Excellent understanding of social media platforms, aspect ratios, and formatting

* Experience using AI tools for video editing, captions, and thumbnail design

* Strong English writing skills for captions and ad copy

* Familiar with real estate content or willing to learn quickly

* Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

* Access to high-speed internet and capable editing hardware/software

PREFERRED SKILLS:

* Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve

* Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or After Effects for thumbnail design

* Understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics

* Basic graphic design skills are a plus
