About Us

We’re a Canadian manufacturer established in 1990, now entering an exciting new growth phase.

Our brands — Plastair (innovative watering products), DeeVa (personal wellness & therapeutic devices), and PlastairFyre (outdoor fireplaces) — are Made in Canada and distributed across North America.

We’ve dominated brick-and-mortar retail for years. Now we’re scaling our Direct-to-Consumer (B2C) division to millions in annual sales.

We’re looking for a leader who’s ready to take ownership of that transformation.

The Role

This is not a VA position — this is a management-level role with room to grow into Director of E-Commerce.

You will:

Build and lead a small team (ads, creatives, and content support).

Develop and execute strategies across Amazon US/CA/UK/EU/Asia, Shopify, ---------- , and Wayfair.

Manage ad budgets, track performance, and ensure ROI targets are met.

Coordinate promotions, influencer partnerships, and content creation.

Report directly to ownership and take responsibility for results.

This role is ideal for a self-driven e-commerce professional in their late 20s to early 30s who’s ready to step up and run a division, not just accounts.

Your Responsibilities

Create a comprehensive global e-commerce strategy and action plan.

Hire, train, and manage 2–4 tea ---------- mbers (VA or specialized roles).

Manage Amazon and Meta ad campaigns and continuously optimize ROI.

Oversee product listings, images, and A + content for all marketplaces.

Coordinate with our graphics, photo, and video team to improve digital assets.

Build influencer and affiliate relationships.

Analyze weekly reports, identify growth opportunities, and make fast, data-driven decisions.

Own results — think and act like it’s your business line.

Key Performance Targets

Amazon ACOS < 15 %

Meta ROAS > 6 ×

Launch ---------- and Wayfair within 3 months.

Expand into 2 new Amazon markets within 6 months.

Achieve a 400 % increase in B2C revenue by 2026 while maintaining gross margins > 30 %.

You’ll Succeed If You

Have 3 + years of e-commerce experience, including team or campaign management.

Have launched or managed multiple Amazon or Shopify brands.

Are comfortable hiring and leading others.

Communicate fluently in English and can coordinate with North American teams.

Are entrepreneurial, analytical, and thrive on responsibility.

Can overlap 2–3 hours daily with Eastern Time.

Are ready to work full-time and fully commit to one company’s success.
