P6 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SCHEDULE FOR HIGH RISE MIXED USE MULTIFAMILY PROJECT IN UNITED STATES
Applicant must have Demonstrated, Verifiable Experience working on United States High Rise Mixed Use Projects.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Proficient with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Proficient with MS Project software.
• Assist project team to prepare develop the schedule for large, multi-phase hi-rise construction project.
• Perform all aspects of schedule updates with the project team.
• Analyze and evaluate schedule updates and explain impacts to the project team.
• Cost and resource load the schedule.
• Track change conditions and impacts to the schedule.
• Identify and articulate schedule concerns and delays to the project tea
• Conduct Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and scenario planning for executive decision-making.
• Responsible for independently creating, updating and monitoring Project schedules in P6.
• Additional duties as directed by the Company.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in complex technology projects.
• Expert level skills in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project software and working knowledge of schedule integration and cost/resource loading (Knowledge of TILOS & Primavera Risk analysis a plus).
• Advanced/Expert skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), project controls, and construction sequencing.
• Self-starting; proactive, able to work independently with little oversight or guidance.
• Able to plan and manage project schedules requiring over 1,500 activities.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills, with detail oriented and rigorous attention to detail mindset.
Required Skills /Training Requirements:
• 5 years of direct construction scheduling experience, preferably in large high rise apartment and mixed use development projects.
• **MUST Have: P6 Software experience**
As part of the interview process applicant will be asked to conduct and lead a live, walk-through demonstration of a mixed use complex development schedule to demonstrate applicant's aptitude and knowledge of scheduling and working in a mixed use context. The position is a Full Time position with the Company and applicant should not intend to hold other employment for other employers while working for the Company.
