ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our real estate transaction team behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with a U.S.-based team of transaction coordinators who support approximately 250 real estate agents. This role focuses on back-end work only — no agent or client interaction.

Your primary responsibility will be managing transaction files and compliance in Dot Loop and SkySlope, keeping everything accurate, organized, and on track.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pull and review daily DotLoop reports to identify new and active transactions
Review loops, assign and manage tasks, and track deadlines
Enter transactions into SkySlope with 100?curacy
Monitor and resolve compliance flags from the broker’s compliance team
Communicate with the U.S. transaction coordinator team to collect missing documents
Maintain clean, organized digital transaction files
Provide regular status updates to the operations team

QUALIFICATIONS
1–2+ years of experience as a VA or in real estate admin support
Excellent English communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in multiple systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with Dot Loop or SkySlope is a plus (training provided)
