About the Role
We’re looking for 5 driven, commission-focused individuals to join our growing Elite Division as Property Consultants.?This opportunity is ideal for those who want to earn beyond the standard allowance, we’re looking for self-motivated individuals who want to make big commissions and build a rewarding career in real estate.
You will represent top Cebu developments such as City Clou and El Sol, helping clients find their ideal home or investment property.

What We Offer
* ?15,000 monthly allowance
* 3% commission per sale — for example, a ?5M condo sale earns you ?150,000
* Big commissions (no cap) and performance bonuses

Responsibilities
* Promote and sell condominium projects (City Clou, El Sol, etc.)
* Attend project orientations, trainings, and client meetings
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Assist buyers from inquiry to reservation
* Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications
* Commission-focused and motivated to earn
* Completed at least 72 college units
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Willing to attend trainings and orientations
* Based in or near Cebu City
* No real estate experience required – we provide full training
