We are looking for a skilled Information Systems Implementer – CRM & Automations to help design, build, and optimize CRM systems and automated workflows. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, improving business processes, and creating efficient system integrations.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in CRM system development or implementation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms
- Experience using automation tools such as Make, n8n, or Zapier
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflow optimization
- Ability to design and implement automations (Workflows, Triggers, Integrations)
- Experience in system integrations (API, Webhooks, ERP, or
- Knowledge of CRM data structures, including custom modules, entities, and fields
- Skilled in building reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Excellent English communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and customize CRM systems based on business needs
- Map, analyze, and improve existing business workflows
- Develop and manage integrations between different platforms and tools
- Create automation processes to enhance system efficiency
- Build and maintain business reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
