Pay: $12–25 USD per approved bid (depending on complexity)
Trial: 1 test bid paid $8–12 USD

About the Job

U.S. landscaping company needs a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to search for open commercial, HOA, civic association, and government landscaping, mowing, mulching, and grounds-maintenance bids in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

You’ll locate the bids, read the RFPs, and draft complete proposals using my template (scope, assumptions, measurements).
I’ll review and submit the final version myself.


Main Tasks
• Search ---------- , PennBid, eMaryland (eMMA), Delaware MyMarketplace, BidNet, and local county portals.
• Summarize: buyer / agency, project title, due date/time, scope (3–5 bullets), submission method, RFP link.
• Use public mapping tools (Google Earth, CalcMaps, SketchAndCalc) to estimate sq ft areas.
• Draft the bid in my template and submit to me for approval.

Requirements
• Good English reading and writing.
• Solid math skills (sq ft / acre calculations).
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Prior experience with estimating or construction bidding is needed
