We’re a fast-growing property management company building a next-generation AI-driven back office.
We’re looking for a ClickUp Systems Expert to architect our workspace, automate our workflows, and train our team for daily use.
Your Mission:
- Design and implement a complete ClickUp setup aligned with our 7-Division Admin Tech org structure.
- Create Spaces, Folders, Lists, and Templates for each department (Communications, Maintenance, Leasing, Accounting, etc.).
- Set up task templates, automations, and dashboards for recurring processes.
- Integrate ClickUp with Gmail, Google Workspace, and Notion (for SOP reference links).
- Document everything clearly (Loom videos + written guides).
Skills Required:
- Deep ClickUp setup experience (Spaces, Custom Fields, Automations, Dashboards)
- Familiarity with Zapier or Make (Integromat)
- Comfortable creating SOPs and system documentation
- Great English communication and training ability
- Bonus: understanding of real estate or property management workflows
