Project-Based TikTok & Instagram Specialist

About the Project:
I’m a Realtor based in Texas looking for someone from the Philippines to help me grow my TikTok and Instagram through smart automation and short-form content strategies.
This is a one-time project, not a salary or monthly position.

What I Need Help With:

Setting up posting automations (TikTok + Instagram)

Researching trending sounds, hashtags, and hooks related to real estate

Organizing my videos and helping with content ideas

Creating a basic posting system or workflow that I can manage later

(Optional) Light engagement setup – auto-replies or DM scripts

Requirements:

Experience with TikTok growth or automation tools

Understanding of short-form content strategy

Creative and detail-oriented

Good English communication

Based in the Philippines

Type: Project-based only
Timeline: 1–2 weeks setup
Pay: Fixed price (negotiable based on experience)
