Create high-performing visuals for ads and landing pages that turn strategy into engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with ad strategists and our Head of Growth.

???? Responsibilities
Design static ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display.
Adapt visuals for multiple formats.
Maintain brand consistency and implement feedback from performance data.

? Requirements
Strong portfolio of ad designs for English-speaking brands.
Skilled in Canva or Photoshop
Understands visual hierarchy and click-through psychology.

?? Bonus Points
Motion graphics or light animation skills.
Experience reading ad performance reports.
