FSW Group is a U.S.-based family of industrial distribution businesses focused on valves and instrumentation for manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and clean energy industries. We operate both a regional distribution company (Welsford Co.) and a national eCommerce brand ( ---------- ).
Our growing remote team in the Philippines supports operations, purchasing, data management, quoting, and process documentation. We’re now looking for a Virtual Team Manager to lead, organize, and develop this talented group — ensuring high performance, accountability, and alignment with company goals.

What You’ll Do
Oversee daily VA operations — make sure everyone knows their priorities and is meeting deadlines.
Follow up with tea ---------- mbers when tasks, reports, or updates are missing.
Train and onboard new VAs following clear directions from company leadership.
Make sure tea ---------- mbers are working efficiently and honestly.
Address issues or disputes between tea ---------- mbers — resolving them professionally before they reach the executives.
Communicate updates and progress to leadership in a clear, organized way.
Support process improvements — suggest better ways to work or structure the team.

What We’re Looking For
Experience managing a team of 5+ VAs (either directly or through an agency setting).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Are strong in judgment: you can quickly understand context, ask the right questions, and make good calls.
Fluent English (both written and spoken).
Organized, professional, and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do next.
Comfortable using Hubstaff, Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack, ClickUp, or Notion.
Experience working with U.S. companies or distributors.
Background in training, HR, or operations management.
Ability to write or document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.).

Compensation
Full-time, 40–50 hours per week.
Salary: $900/month
