JOB OVERVIEW

The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting SIPSA’s commercial and technical
activities across Latin America in the Hydrocarbon Processing Industry (HPI). This role
bridges customer service, technical support, and market development, ensuring excellent
service to final users (refineries) and contractors (direct clients), while also coordinating with
the Manufacturers (suppliers).

The Sales Administrator will oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment.

Market Development:
- Identify new leads in refineries and contractor firms (maintenance & planning departments).
- Build relationships and coordinate meetings, visits, and presentations.
- Support strategies to expand market share.

Customer & Contractor Support:
- Serve as main contact for clients and refineries in Latin America.
- Maintain CRM records and respond to inquiries on products, pricing, and availability.
- Support contractors with product training and project execution.

Opportunities, Quoting & Order Management:
- Track potential opportunities and update CRM.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for quotations.
- Manage the full order cycle from purchase to delivery and payment follow-up.

Technical & Documentation Support:
- Provide technical data, dry-out schedules, and product guidance.
- Supply certificates, datasheets, and compliance documents.
- Offer hands-on technical assistance when needed.

Training & Relationship Building:
- Organize and assist in training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Strengthen long-term relationships with refineries and contractors.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Ability to Familiarize with refractory materials and their applications in refineries or heavy industries.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.

Skills:
- Attention to details. Ensuring accuracy information is provided in emails, quotes, orders, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and relay information clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Monday Canva systems.
